2. Description of Service

Comped provides a community management platform for casino affiliates. Our Service includes tools for creating leaderboards, managing challenges, generating bonus campaigns, tracking referral performance, and engaging with your community through branded competition pages.

3. User Accounts

To use Comped, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Enable two-factor authentication for sensitive actions
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Comped offers both Free and Pro Streamer subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees as described in our pricing plans
Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Complete required affiliate signup verification (Free Plan)

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Comped only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Create fraudulent or misleading leaderboards or challenges
Manipulate referral data or gaming statistics
Impersonate any person or entity
Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Violate casino terms of service or applicable gambling regulations

6. Casino API Integration

Comped connects to third-party casino APIs (Stake, Roobet, Rollbit, Housebets, etc.). You acknowledge that:

You must comply with each casino's terms of service
We do not store your casino login credentials
Casino API availability may affect Service functionality
You are responsible for maintaining valid casino affiliate relationships

7. Content and Data

You retain ownership of content you create through Comped. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to display your leaderboards and competition data as part of providing the Service to you and your community.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Comped, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including:

Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
Accuracy of referral data or casino API information
Availability of third-party casino APIs
Freedom from viruses or harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Comped shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to new terms taking effect. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
